LA PLAYA
Son Matíes is a beach of fine white sand located in Palmanova housing development. It is provided with good access and lots of facilities though it is difficult to find place to park.
OBSERVACIONES
It has a great recreational area both for adults and children: gardens, playgrounds and the possibility of practising water sports for hours at affordable prices, both for adults and children, with the control guarantee by the town council of the municipilaty of Calvià..

How to arrive at Son Maties
How to arrive at Son Maties
From Palma
Head for Palmanova via the Palma-Andratx dual cariageway. Take exit number 13 towards Calvià or Palmanova.
Follow the signs
From the exit we follow the signs towards Palmanova. We will pass several roundabouts and we have to continue straight on towards the sea.
Along the seafront
We will reach the seafront and we must continue to the right. Son Matíes is the third beach we see. Parking is hard, so it is better to park whenever we see a place although we may have a long walk later.
