LA PLAYA
Cala Tirant is a sandy area with about 300 metres of coastline in the development of Platges de Fornells. There are two swimming areas, the most eastern is the smallest, and from it there are some enabled wooden stairs to get round the hill that separates it from the main beach.
OBSERVACIONES
At the back side of Cala Tirant there is a wetland which is out of bounds, although there is a wooden platform by which we can go through to reach the west side where there are some dwellings. Fishing permitted with limitations, underwater prohibited.

Es Mercadal
From Es Mercadal we must continue northwards following the signs to "Fornells" by the Me-15.
Detour to Platges de Fornells o Tirant.
After 6 km along the Me-15 road we will deviate left towards Tirant or "Platges de Fornells".
Roundabout
We will park after passing through a roundabout. The street leading to the beach is the second on the right.
