THE BEACH

Cova des Vell Marí is a cave in a small swimming area in Capdepera, close to the Provençals urbanization. It is used a larger area, so the rocky area that is in front of the cave gives more play to those who want to jump into the sea.

Length = 35 m , Width = 15 m .

REMARKS

Swimming area is just 10 minutes from the parking. Simple and marked trail. When you reach an old lime kiln you have to go down following a path that is directly behind the oven to reach the cave, or, if you prefer to go to the rocky drop zone, you must take the path on the left. The rocky area is not suitable for very young children, the area of the cave is uncomfortable with big rocks but no problem for children.
