How to arrive at Macar de Cales Morts
From Es Mercadal
It is preferable to access El Mercadal from the easternmost roundabout, from the first we find from Mahón, as at these roundabouts we will see signs to the beaches ('playas'). Just surround Es Mercadal on the East side, by the roundabouts, until you reach 'Camí de Tramontana'

We will continue along the paved road; at the junctions we will see signs towards different beaches of the north. In our case, we will continue towards Binimel.la.
Detour towards Pegonda or Binimel.la
We will reach a detour, a very wide and gravel road with signs indicating 'Pregonda y Platja de Binimel.la'. After 1,5 km we will get to the restaurant near Binimel.la where there is space for half a hundred cars on the road verges.
Camí de Cavalls
Once the car is parked, you have to head to the beach of Binimel.la along a path and towards the left. After Cales Mortes we will see, on our left towards the sea, two small hills and a 50-metre-long path between them that will lead us to this small swimming area.
